- Trip details (origin, destination, date, time, number of passengers)
- Flight number (optional)
- Notes voluntarily provided by the user
- IP address (for security purposes)
3. Purpose of Processing
Data is processed to:
- Process and manage transfer bookings
- Communicate booking information (confirmation, changes, cancellations)
- Send newsletter (only if explicitly subscribed)
- Respond to enquiries and contact requests
- Comply with legal obligations
- Prevent fraud and ensure security
4. Legal Basis
Data processing is based on: (a) execution of the transport contract (bookings), (b) explicit consent of the data subject (newsletter), (c) legitimate interest of the company (security, fraud prevention).
5. Data Retention
Booking data is retained for 5 years for legal and tax purposes. Newsletter data is deleted immediately upon unsubscription. Contact data is retained for 2 years.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be shared with:
- Drivers assigned to your trip (only data necessary for service delivery)
- Email/communication service providers (solely for sending confirmations)
- Competent authorities, when legally required
