2. Services

Quadrante Crescente provides private transfer and tourist transport services in the Algarve, including transfers between Faro Airport and regional destinations, inter-city transfers, and excursion services.

3. Reservations and Payments

• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of written confirmation from Quadrante Crescente.
• Payment can be made in cash to the driver, by prior bank transfer, or via the methods indicated at booking.
• Prices shown are estimates based on distance. The final price will be confirmed in the confirmation email.
• Prices include VAT at the applicable legal rate.

4. Cancellations and Changes

• Cancellation more than 24 hours in advance: Full refund, no penalty.
• Cancellation between 12 and 24 hours: 50% refund of amount paid.
• Cancellation less than 12 hours or no-show: No refund.
• Date/time changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 6 hours in advance.
• In case of flight delay, we monitor the flight status and adjust the schedule at no extra cost.

5. Liability

• Quadrante Crescente is not liable for delays caused by traffic conditions, accidents or adverse weather conditions beyond the provider's reasonable control.
• Luggage is the passenger's responsibility. We recommend travel insurance.
• Passengers are responsible for complying with conduct rules during the journey.
• Children under 12 years or under 36 kg must use an appropriate child seat (available upon prior request).

6. Data Protection (GDPR)

Personal data collected is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU 2016/679) and applicable Portuguese law. Data is used solely for booking management and related communications. You may exercise your rights (access, rectification, erasure) by contacting reservas@quadrantecrescente.com.

7. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law, with the Court of Faro having jurisdiction to resolve any disputes.
